관련 법률 정보를 확인했다.
그리고 17년차 시니어 사업가에서 조언을 들었다.
내 정보만 활용한다면 이슈 없음 (2015년 이후 개정)
내 정보와 타인의 위치정보를 함께 제공하면 위치정보사업자로 등록을 해야 함
하지만, 캐주얼 하게 운영하기를 권장함.
초기 단계이고 프로토타입 형태라면 그냥 진행해도 무방함.
1. 앱에서 위치정보 활용에 대한 동의를 구합니다.
2. 앱은 이에 동의한 사용자에 한해 GPS 정보를 사용합니다.
3. 나중에 앱이 대박나면 위치정보사업자로 등록을 합니다.
법적으로 작은 기업(통상 연매출 1~5억 이하)에게는 크게 통제하지 않음.
I checked the legal issue which using location information in Lightsout app.
And I asked for a realistic advice to a senior businessman who has an experience for 17 years in this field.
In summary, the result is as follows:
If we use only user's own location information in our app, there will be no legal issues.
However, if we use other user's location information, then we need to register as a location information provider.
And basically, the app has to have the screen which ask for the permission about user the location information.
My senior advised me that it can operate the application casually for a while.
Because this step is a startup level or a prototype level.
This is one example of how to operate casually.
1. We ask the user for permission to use location information in the app.
2. The app uses location information only for those users who have agreed to it.
3. If the app becomes big in the future, then register as the location information provider.
In general, if you make a money more than 5 million won per a month, we have to register as a location information provider at that time.
