가끔 뻘짓을 하다보면 SVN trunk의 변동사항을 되돌려야만 할 때가 있다. 이럴 때 merging을 이용한 rollback으로 간단히 해결이 가능하다.

Check out 해놓은 trunk 디렉터리로 이동하여 다음을 실행한다. 여기서 HEAD는 최신 revision을 의미하고, xxxx에는 rollback 하고자 하는 rivision number를 적는다. 당연히 trunk repository 주소는 본인의 것으로 변경하고 실행할것.

svn update
svn merge -rHEAD:xxxx svn+ssh://svn/myserver/trunk ./
svn ci -m "Roll back to the revision xxxx"
