/bin/nice -n 5 /bin/tch

nice 값을 변경시킨다 제일 빠른 값은 19이고 보통은 20이다.

루트만이 그 값을 더 빠른 값으로 할수 있고 보통 유져는 늦은 값으로만 수정할 수 있다.

uptime 라는 명령어를 이용하여 실제적으로 얼마나 느려졌는지 체크할수 있다.
